I have come to terms with the fact that I need to sweep 5 times a day and mop every night before bed. I am not saying it will always get done, but that is the maintenance level needed if it is to look clean most of the time. I think a hut with dirt floors has some appeal at this stage in my life.

that’s so funny. we were just talking about this last night because i did a through house cleaning for the first time in probably a month and Greg said, “holy cow, i didn’t even know how dirty it was until now that i see it clean!”
try it out for size on your end. maybe it will work for you.
